Service contract in 4 lots for the maintenance and all-risk repairs of the technical safety installations of the Pays de Charleroi stadium. Generator set
Maintenance and all-inclusive repairs of a backup generator set. The execution time for each intervention will be linked to the imperatives of the football match schedule. As such, a 24/7, 365 days/year troubleshooting service is provided. The contractor shall take all necessary measures to ensure repairs are completed for matches. It must respond no later than 4 hours following a request for intervention. This deadline is reduced to 2 hours on match days. For items relating to all-inclusive maintenance and repair services, this contract shall be executed on a lump-sum basis according to an all-inclusive formula (i.e. all costs included, including periodic maintenance, repairs or replacement of any defective equipment or parts with equivalent equipment, as well as travel costs). They aim to ensure the proper functioning of existing safety installations. Preventive maintenance of installations shall take place according to a schedule previously established by the supervising official based on the football season planning: • Lot 1 (Generator set): 1 time/year in April.
