Contract Description
MLU Halle-Wittenberg GNUE Renovation of Pharmacy (2.BA) Building 7412/7414 - Technical Equipment - AG 7 and 8 (§ 53 HOAI) Technical equipment - system group 7 (§ 53 HOAI)
For the branches of drug analysis and for the characterization of processes of drug release, distribution, metabolism as well as the pharmacological and clinical effects, the room, use and working conditions for the relevant user groups should be brought up to date with the latest technology. Furthermore, a comprehensive redesign of laboratory animal husbandry for pharmaceutical and animal experimental research is necessary. In addition to rooms for conventional animal husbandry, operating and preparation rooms, storage rooms and scullery with permanently installed large autoclaves, the plan is also to create the conditions for individually ventilated cage (IVC) housing in selected rooms, including for immunosuppressed mouse strains. This area and some genetic engineering laboratories should also be approved as a safety level 2 genetic engineering facility. In order to implement the planned measures, extensive renovation/modernization and conversion work is necessary, which must be viewed under the principle of “energy-efficient renovation”. The MLU is planning to submit an application for funding for energy-related renovation within the framework of STARK III+/ERDF V. The conversion will take place during ongoing operations in some areas of the buildings to be worked on. The building complex is classified as an architectural monument (built between 1963 and 1965). The principle of inclusion and accessibility must be observed in all planning services and must be brought into line with monument preservation requirements. The documents for HU construction must be handed over to the client for review on March 1, 2018. The ones in point II.2.7. The stated term refers to this date. The contracting authority/client expects that, in the event of an order, the project team offered will be immediately and fully available to ensure scheduling. If necessary, an increase in team strength must be secured/enabled to ensure that deadlines are met.
