The units of the city of Naantali (the Customer) are requesting bids for the implementation of construction contracting works for the contract period. The works to be procured are carried out either separately as mini-competition assignments or as directly procured works in accordance with the contract terms. Construction contracts are also tendered through site-specific tenders. The estimated start date of the contract period is January 1, 2027. In addition, the Subscriber reserves the option for two option years (1+1). The option refers to the possibility of extending the contract under the original conditions.
