The subject of the public contract is the comprehensive implementation of energy-saving measures on two premises of TOM service s.r.o. The subject matter of the contract includes the heating of the circuit boards and roof structures, the replacement of windows, entrance doors and doors, the installation of heat pumps, the modernisation of lighting using LED technology, the modification of the hot water system and the supply and installation of photovoltaic power, including all related construction, assembly and technological works. The public contract will be implemented using the Design & Build methodology (design and construction), where the part of the selected suppliers implementation will also be to provide the necessary research and focus, the preparation of project documentation for the necessary works, ensuring the necessary work is carried out.authorisation (if required) and subsequent complete implementation of the work.
