Contract Description
The subject of procurement are special groups of medicines for 28 health institutions in the Republic of Croatia. Pursuant to Article 203 of the Public Procurement Act 2016, the subject of procurement is divided into 92 groups of procurement subjects (Group 1 - 92). Pursuant to Article 204, paragraph 3 of the Public Procurement Act 2016, a business entity can submit an offer for one, several or all groups of procurement items.
