Description: the united states army corps of engineers, st. louis district (usace-mvs) is in the phase to determine interest in the leasing and availability of class a/b office space containing a minimum of 77k rentable square feet (contiguous) within a 10-mile radius from its current district office located in the robert a. young federal building in saint louis, missouri. requested space must be fully serviced and in a building that can either be customized or built to suit the governments’ needs and force protection security requirements. the lessor must be willing to accept a twenty-year lease with a one-year firm term with 19 one-year options under our leasing authority, title 10 usc 2661.
