Metro south health is seeking a suitably qualified principal contractor to deliver the princess alexandra hospital prosthetics, orthotics and podiatry services (pops) project under a design and construct contract. the project involves reviewing and completing the existing approximately 80% detailed design, upgrading and replacing critical workshop mechanical, electrical and associated building services infrastructure, construction of supporting plant and building works, commissioning, and handover within a live hospital environment. the upgrade will address deficiencies in existing dust extraction, fume extraction, ventilation, cooling and air balancing systems to provide a safe, compliant and fit-for-purpose clinical manufacturing environment that supports current and future operational requirements.
