Description & Project Overview
1. The subject of the order is delivery to the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biała at Al. Armii Krajowej 101, medicinal products, according to the quantitative and generic list specified in Annex No. 2 to the Specification of Contract Terms, hereinafter referred to as the "SWZ", under the conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 5 to the Specification. 2. The offered goods must be new and unused. 3. Delivery of the subject of the order, including transport and unloading, will take place at the expense and risk of the Contractor.
