Description & Project Overview
The Hospitalstiftung's retirement and nursing home in Kaufbeuren currently consists of a building ensemble that has been developed in several construction phases. As part of the construction work, the existing building will be renovated in terms of fire protection in order to comply with current regulations. In addition, an extension with barrier-free apartments in accordance with DIN 18040 will be built and an old building will be demolished in return.
