CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROCEDURE AND THE METHOD OF ASSESSING THE MEETING OF THESE CONDITIONS 1. Contractors who meet the conditions specified in Art. may participate in the award of the contract. 57 of the Public Procurement Law and Art. 112 section 2 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e.: 1) are not subject to exclusion 2) meet the conditions for participation in the procedure, regarding: The Ordering Party does not establish detailed conditions for participation in the procedure. 2. Contractors who are not subject to exclusion from the proceedings may participate in the Procedure pursuant to art. 108 of the Public Procurement Law and Art. 109 section 1 point 1 and point 4 of the Public Procurement Law and are not subject to exclusion
