Contract Description
The reason for the modification of the contract is the increase in fuel prices. At the request of the Contractors, the Ordering Party will pay compensation for the increase in the prices of liquid fuels in relation to those unit prices of activities included in the Subject of the Agreement in which fuel constitutes a significant part of the cost of their implementation. After modification, the subject of the order will not change.
