Description & Project Overview
Bærum municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a contract for winter operation services. The procurement is for a contract for winter operation services on an access road to Brunkollen in Bærum municipality. The winter operational services include snow clearing, gritting and filling of coats. The contract will be valid from 01.09.2027 to 31.08.2031 for the 2027/28 seasons, 2028/29, 2029/30 and 2030/31 with an option for extension one or more times up until 2 years for the 2031/32 seasons and 2032/33. The total agreement period is 6 years upon release of full option. Stand-by starts on 15 October every season. Snow ploughing and gritting will be carried out in the period 15 October to 15 April each season. The service is further described in Annex 1 "Contracting Authority's Contract Terms".
