The BARANGAY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF LUL-LUNO, through the 20%DF intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Five Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Pesosand Twenty-Five Centavos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) topayments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL withProject Identification Number: DF-2026-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shallbe automatically rejected at bid opening.2. The BARANGAY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF LUL-LUNO now invites bids forthe above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within fifteen (15)calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. Thedescription of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, inSection II (Instructions to Bidders).3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules andRegulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from BARANGAY LOCALGOVERNMENT UNIT OF LUL-LUNO through the Office of the Bids and AwardsCommittee and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from October31, 2026- November 19, 2026 office hours, Monday to Friday, except holidays.5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders onOctober 31, 2026- November 19, 2026 office hours, Monday to Friday, exceptholidays, from given address and website/s below and upon payment of the applicable feefor the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in theamount of Php. 500.00.
