Contract Description
The representative is contractually obliged to remove construction rubble, residual materials (e.g. wood, cardboard, plastic films) and other gross contamination. He must also keep work and access areas clear and traffic and storage areas must also be kept free of obstacles and rubbish. Finally, water accumulations (e.g. puddles and accumulations) must be carefully removed as instructed by the construction management.
