Procurement of IT Infrastructure services, systems, tools and related professional tasks served from a data center for BKV Vasúti Járműjavító Kft., as a Bidder. The tenderer is obliged to ensure operation in accordance with the applicable NIS2 requirements. Accordingly, during the performance of this technical tender, the winning Bidder is obliged to ensure that all used solutions, services, infrastructure elements and operational processes comply with the requirements of the NIS2 directive and the information security and cyber security legislation governing its implementation in Hungary.
