The specific position includes the following objects and activities: 1. OBJECT No. 1 Repair and rehabilitation of Treti Mart street between Nikola Vaptsarov street and Petko Karavelov street with o.t. 76-77-78-232-230 according to the plan of the city of Hisarya; 2. OBJECT No. 2 Repair and rehabilitation of Petko Karavelov street in the section from the o.t. 237-238-239-230-229 according to the plan of the city of Hisarya. 3. SITE No. 3 Repair and rehabilitation of Petko Karavelov Street and Rozova Dolina Street in the section from 229 -213-214-211-210-209 according to the plan of the city of Hisarya. 4. OBJECT No. 4 Reconstruction and rehabilitation of the street 9 children of Eani in the section of the o.t. 61-197 according to the plan of the city of Hisarya. 5. OBJECT No. 5 Repair and rehabilitation of Zdravets Street between Stara Planina and General Totleben Streets in the section from 16-267-17-268-269-270-29-271-158 according to the plan of the city of Hisarya, Momina Banya district. Activity 1: Preparation of complex reports for the assessment of compliance of investment projects for the sites, regarding their compliance with the basic requirements for construction; Activity 2: Exercise of construction supervision during the implementation of construction and assembly works (SMR) of the sites: Sub-activity 1: Construction supervision during the implementation of the sites, until they are put into operation according to the requirements of ZUT; Sub-activity 2: Implementation of the function of Safety and Health Coordinator, according to Ordinance No. 2 of 2004 for the implementation of minimum health and safety conditions during construction works; Sub-activity 3: Preparation of technical passport, according to Art. 176a of ZUT and Ordinance No. 5 of 28.12.2006 on the technical passports of the constructions for the site or for the relevant part of it, if parts of the construction contract are handed over in stages.
