Description & Project Overview
Land revision and repair of the Gierseil ferry Elster (Elbe) to issue the ferry certificate in 2027. The ferry's ferry certificate expires at the end of February 2027. After an investigation by the Central Ship Inspection Commission, the ferry certificate is issued for a further period of 5 years. Rough scope of services: - Transfer of the ferry to the shipyard and back, SUK examination - approx. 850 m² corrosion protection work - Repair 4 hydraulic cylinders including replacing bearings - 1 piece renewal trough battery and charger - 1 piece main rope, 2 pieces shear ropes - 2 pcs. Check winch motors and repair if necessary - Deliver and install 2 yaw winches - Repair 2 landing flaps - 2 hours of maintenance of the electrical barrier system - Checking all on-board electronics - View of the Hatz engine
