Bulgaria – Construction supervision services – "Consulting services in accordance with Article 166, Paragraph 1 of the Law on Public Safety during the implementation of the SMR for the introduction of energy efficiency measures for buildings on the territory of the Kyustendil municipality, divided into five separate positions"

The subject of this public procurement is the selection of an independent contractor possessing professional qualifications and practical experience in the exercise of construction supervision in the sense of the ZUT to guarantee the lawful execution of the construction works and to allow the use of the sites within the scope of the public procurement. The following activities are included in the scope of the public procurement: Activity 1 - Compliance assessment of the investment project and preparation of a compliance report, according to Art. 142, Para. 6, Item 2 of the ZUT Activity 2 - Exercise of construction supervision, according to ZUT
