On behalf of the Ministry of LVVN, the National Green Fund is conducting a tender with the Investment Fund for the Incentive of Raw Materials for Biobased Construction. With the resources from the fund, Groenfonds will purchase Carbon Certificates, which are created via Biobased Building Materials. The intended suppliers of these Carbon Certificates are the growers/owners of the crops or biobased raw materials € 2,500,000
