1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of pilot equipment for a modular, narrow-web roll-to-roll line for printed electronics. The subject of the order also includes installation, commissioning of the equipment, training of the Ordering Party's employees to the extent necessary to start the equipment and granting a warranty for the delivered equipment and software.
