Dynamic supplier register (DPS) of labor training courses that meet the changing skills needs of the labor market Business Oulu (hereinafter also "BusinessOulu", "Client" or "Procurement Unit") establishes a dynamic supplier register to meet the changing skills needs of the labor market. The goal of the acquisitions is to complement the skills of jobseeker-customers, strengthen their employment and respond to the skills and recruitment needs of companies in the region. Procurement contracts are formed as a result of internal tenders. The services are organized in the employment area of the Oulu region. The employment area of the Oulu region includes the following municipalities: Hailuoto, Ii, Kempele, Liminka, Lumijoki, Muhos, Oulu, Pudasjärvi, Tyrnävä, Utajärvi and Vaala. The employment division of Business Oulu is an institution belonging to the organization of the city of Oulu, which is responsible for organizing employment services in the employment area of the Oulu region.
