The former Tegel Airport is making way for Berlin. A research and industrial park for urban technologies: Berlin TXL - Urban Tech Republic and a new residential district: the Schumacher Quartier are being built on the 500 hectare area. The subject of this tender is FM services in the area of winter service. Winter service is entrusted to the contractor for the paved outdoor areas of the Urban Tech Republic area to be managed, the landscape park, the Schuhmacher Quartier and parts of Tegel Nord.
