Description & Project Overview
The subject of this public contract is the construction of a parking building with a capacity of 652 parking spaces on the site of an existing outdoor parking lot in the built-up area of the statutory city of Brno, in the Nový Lískovec district. The construction site is located between a four-lane, directionally divided road, which is part of a large city ring road, and Akademická Street, which provides access to the Brno Campus Square area. Part of the public contract is the development of RDS documentation (construction implementation documentation), the development of documentation of the actual construction, geodetic survey and geometric plan.
