Contract Description
The Commission shall adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 21 of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 laying down the rules on the application of this Regulation to the forestry sector. The contracting authority shall be responsible for the management of forestry services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) (1) of the Law of 28 September 1991 on forests (OJ L 567, 25.9.1995, p. 567 Law on forestry) and shall carry out works in the field of forest management and forest protection, fire protection, timber extraction and recreation, tourism maintenance, nature conservation, forestry and seed management, to be carried out in the territory of the Belgrade Forestry Region in 2026 in the Nosowo Forest.
The contract is for forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) (a) of the Law of 28 September 1991 on forests (OJ L 567, 25.9.1995, p. 567) and for seed management works to be carried out in the area of the Belogard Forestry and in the territory of the Belarusian School Farm in 2026.
