Auction participants may inspect the vehicle only on the following dates: November 2 and November 5, 2026, from 14:00 to 16:00 (Minsk time), at the UNDP office parking area, located at 17/1 Kirova St., Minsk. Full payment for the vehicle must be made to the UNDP bank account in Belarusian Rubles, calculated at the official UN operational exchange rate in effect on the date of payment, prior to taking possession of the vehicle. The buyer agrees to transfer the bid amount to the UNDP bank account within five (5) business days following the announcement of the auction results. Any bank charges shall be borne by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for arranging the removal of the vehicle within one (1) week of making full payment. No refunds or returns of the vehicle are permitted. All subsequent procedures and costs related to the registration/documentation of the vehicle shall be the responsibility of the buyer. Submission of Bids Bids, prepared according to the prescribed form, must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked as follows: “Auction for the sale of a vehicle. DO NOT OPEN” Sealed envelopes must be delivered to the following address in Minsk no later than 18:00 on November 11, 2026: Minsk: United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Belarus, 17/1 Kirova St., 6th floor (postal code: 220050) — please leave with the security desk.
