Description & Project Overview
Scope of Work:1. Dismantling of affected ceiling, roof, tiles and various dilapidated structures2. Clearing and hauling of debris3. Installation of new roof panels and accessories4. Installation of new polycarbonate roof at fire exit5. Repair of existing concrete ledge6. Installation of metal furring for affected ceiling and eaves7. Installation of hardiflex board for eaves and ceiling at 3rd floor8. Replacement and installation of affected lighting units9. Replacement and installation of affected power line and outlets10. Concrete topping and waterproofing of existing concrete ledge11. Declogging and replacement of dilapidated storm drain12. Fabrication and installation of steel canopies at 1st and 3rd floor13. Fabrication and installation of steel gutter at 1st floor14. Repair and repainting of steel gutter at fire exit15.
