Contract Description
The city of Flensburg intends to build a modular building for the Max von der Grün School support center. The focus of the support center is on physical and motor development. An important project goal for the new building is the maximum optimization of the planning and construction time and compliance with the upper cost limit. Therefore, both spatial modular construction and system construction methods (including wood hybrids) as well as other construction methods with a high degree of prefabrication can be considered. It should be turnkey, functional, operational and ready for occupancy by the contractor as a total contractor
