Description & Project Overview
1. The procedure is conducted as a restricted tender in the fields of defense and security pursuant to Art. 410 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. Limited tender, in accordance with Art. 140 of the Public Procurement Law, is a contract award procedure in which, in response to the contract notice, all interested contractors may submit applications to participate in the procedure, and only contractors invited to submit offers may submit offers. 2. As a result of these proceedings, a framework agreement will be concluded, on the basis of which executive agreements will be concluded in accordance with Art. 422
