Description & Project Overview
The Town of Banff (the “Town”) invites quotations for the supply and delivery of two (2) new 2026 all-wheel-drive (AWD), battery-electric sport utility vehicle (SUV) for Water Services operations. The Town is seeking a complete, fully assembled, new and unused Canadian-market vehicle, delivered ready for municipal service. The vehicle will primarily be used by Water Services personnel for routine travel to and from pump houses and other municipal water-system sites within Banff. Submission Instructions: Submissions Quotations must be submitted in PDF format by email to submit@banff.ca. A single PDF submission is preferred; however, where not practical, Bidders may submit multiple clearly labelled PDF files that together comprise a complete submission. File names should identify the Bidder, RFQ number, and document type (for example: Vendor Name – RFQ 2026-613-09 – Schedule C or Vendor Name – RFQ 2026-613-09 - Specs). Quotations must include all required schedules, forms, technical specifications, product literature, pricing, delivery timelines, warranty information, and supporting documentation requested in this RFQ. Late submissions will not be accepted.
