The city of Kotka (procurement unit, customer) requests bids for Uimala Katariina's foundation, structure and fire engineering design in accordance with the request for bids and its appendices. In the spring of 2026, the design of the new building of the Katariina swimming pool and the land swimming pool has been tendered for the main design and architectural design, including courtyard, acoustics and interior design, as well as information model coordination. Arkitehtuuritoimisto Arktes Oy is responsible for the architectural and master planning of the site. The architect acts as the main designer of the site. The project plan includes a target price estimate prepared by the customer.
