Description & Project Overview

The Judiciary wants to conclude one national agreement with a specialized service provider that acts as an integral partner in the field of home security and family security. The services are aimed at employees of the Judiciary who are confronted with an increased safety risk due to their position or circumstances. The contractor must not only be able to advise, supply and maintain security measures, but also provide monitoring, alarm follow-up, guidance, advice, coordination and 'special services' during the entire duration of a security project. The estimated value of the Assignment amounts to an average of €800,000 excluding VAT per year, therefore €4,000,000 excluding VAT over a term of 5 years. To prevent the contractual maximum value from being exceeded in the meantime and the framework agreement from losing its effect before the intended end of the term, we conclude the framework agreement with a maximum order value of € 6,000,000, excluding VAT.
