1. The subject of the order are construction works and delivery along with assembly as part of the investment project called: "Innovative solutions for heat and electricity of the Wieniawski Energy Cluster". 2. The order was divided into the following three parts: 1) Part of the order No. 1 - "Establishment of a warehouse for wood chips, establishment of a biomass boiler room and installation of the boiler, creation of heating networks and nodes, installation of cogeneration with a fuel preparation system, creation of a heat storage facility with a capacity of 3.5 MWh and implementation of an energy management system in the town
