CP 014/2026-Integrated contracting of a specialized company to carry out the construction and adaptation works of the Drainage System – Assad Haddad Canal. The CONTRACTED PARTY will be responsible for developing the Basic and Executive Projects, complementary technical studies and surveys, obtaining licenses, authorizations, grants and other necessary measures, as well as for the supply of materials, equipment, labor and execution of services necessary for the complete delivery of the project, observing the requirements and guidelines established in the Draft Project, the applicable technical standards and the other conditions set out in this Notice, Terms of Reference and its annexes. 1. For competition in the auction, the GLOBAL value of THE SINGLE GROUP will be considered; 2. In case of divergence between other provisions and this Notice, the provisions of this notice will prevail; 3. The values ​​and items of the single group are set out in the attached documentation. Justification: This contract is based on the urgent need to resolve serious and recurring problems of insufficient urban drainage, rainwater management, erosion processes and siltation in the contribution basin of the Municipality of Marília. Carrying out micro and macro drainage, containment and recovery interventions is essential to guarantee the safety of the population, the integrity of public and private assets, urban mobility and the preservation of the water source.
