The project is a follow-up evaluation of how long-term care schemes under sfs 2310 are implemented and implemented in municipal health and care services and, to a more limited extent, in childcare services.the evaluation shall highlight the experiences of employers, trustees, employees and service recipients, as well as the importance of the schemes for, among others, the working environment, health, full-time work and quality and continuity of services.
