Description & Project Overview
The object of this contract is the technical support service for the User Service Area of the Social Security IT Management (hereinafter GISS) for the treatment and resolution of queries and incidents from the General Treasury of Social Security (hereinafter TGSS) and the National Social Security Institute (hereinafter INSS), of a technical nature, and related to the use by users of the digital services of both entities.
