Invitation to bid for supply /delivery/ installation of solar panel in barangay bulusan, calumpit, bulacan the barangay bulusan in calumpit, bulacan, through the 20% development fund of fy 2026 intends to apply the sum of five hundred twenty-three thousand two hundred thirty-one pesos (₱523,231.00) being the abc to payments under the contract for supply/ delivery /installation of solar panel and at barangay bulusan, calumpit, bulacan. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. the barangay bulusan in calumpit, bulacan now invites bids for the above procurement project. delivery of the goods is required within fifteen (15) calendar days. bidder should have completed, within 15 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii (instruction to bidder). bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulation (irr) of republic act (ra) n0. 9184. a. bidding is restricted to filipino citizen/sole proprietorship, partnership, or organization with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizen of the philippines, and to citizens or organization of a country the laws or regulation of which grant similar rights or privileges to filipino citizens, pursuant to ra no. 5183. prospective bidders may obtain further information from barangay in calumpit, bulacan and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below during 8:00am to 5:00pm. a complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interest bidders on october 8, 2026 until october 19, 2026 from the given address below an upon payment of the applicable fee for the bidding documents, pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by gppb, in the amount of ₱ 1,000.00. the procuring entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees in person. all bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in itb clause 14. bid opening shall be on october 20, 2026 9:00 am at the given address below. bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend the activity. the barangay bulusan in calumpit, bulacan reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with section 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised irr of ra no. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to be affected bidder or bidders. for further information, please refer to: ludivina s. caparas barangay treasurer bulusan, calumpit, bulacan caparasjohnpaul62@gmail.com 09432310891 october 7,2024 eduardo f. alfonso bac chairperson
