İller Bankası A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as “Lender or Main Implementor or ILBANK”) has obtained a loan from the World Bank (IBRD) (hereinafter referred to as “Main Creditor or Bank or IBRD”) to be used within the scope of the Public and Municipal Renewable Energy Project (P179867) (hereinafter referred to as “PUMREP”). İller Bankası A.Ş. allocated a part of the loan to the financing of the "Şanlıurfa Water and Sewerage Administration Solar Energy Power Plant (SPP) Project Design, Supply and Installation (Contract No: SUSKI-PUMREP-W1-RB)" work of Şanlıurfa Water and Sewerage Administration General Directorate (hereinafter referred to as Employer or ŞUSKİ). 3. Şanlıurfa Water and Sewerage Administration invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the Solar Power Plant (SPP) Project Design, Supply and Installation Work, in line with the World Bank procurement principles and procedures. Scope of work; Şanlıurfa Water and Sewerage Administration, Solar Power Plant (SPP) Project (16 MWe/23,924 MWp) Design, Supply and Installation; The contract period is 240 (two hundred and forty) calendar days, excluding the Defect Liability Period. The Defect Liability period is 365 (three hundred and sixty-five) days. 4. The tender will be conducted through national competitive tendering by issuing a Request for Proposals (RfB) in accordance with the World Bank's "Procurement Rules to be applied by Investment Projects (IPF) Borrowers" (November 2020 revision) and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 5.
