The studied location is situated in the Calea lui Traian area over a length of approx. 7.5 km, in accordance with GD 54/2008, which crosses the city from S-N from the Traffic Entrance (southern limit) in accordance withHCL 189/2013, up to Valea Bujorencii (northern limit) according to HCL 33/1994, and includes the areas adjacent to the street on the left and right: sidewalks, public spaces, squares, parks, the public spaces inthe interior of residential housing complexes and condominium-type housing areas. The works that are the subject of this project fall under category C - Constructions of importancenormal – in accordance with Government Decision no. 766/1997 Regulation on establishing the importance category of constructions and with the Methodology for establishing the importance category of constructions,elaborated by INCERC, SCB-BAP laboratory in April 1996. Areas of intervention surfaces: - Sidewalk: The area of the existing sidewalk on which intervention works are proposed is 30,153.1 sq m; -Parking: The area of the existing parking lots subject to intervention is 13,963 sqm; - Green spaces: The area of the existing green spaces subject to intervention is approximately 30,000 sqm. Reference points defined by the Beneficiary: a) Reference point no. 1 – Completion in 30 daysfrom the Commencement Date, as stated in the Administrative Commencement Order, and implies the fulfilment of the following indicators: - The Contractors key personnel is mobilised; -The Detailed Execution Programme of the entire contract consisting of a works scheduling chart (on paper and in editable electronic format) and a descriptive report shall be submittedTo the Site Manager, for analysis and acceptance; - The Site Logbook is drawn up by the Contractor, in the format approved by the Site Manager; - The Contractors Laboratory isinsured in accordance with the Specifications (at least one temporarily insured); - The Traffic Management Plan is approved by the Site Managers and the Beneficiary; - The panelsTo the Constructor, regarding the Investment Objective (panels for displaying the characteristics of the works, according to A.C.) are installed. b) Reference point no. 2 - Execution within 90 days fromStart Date as mentioned in the Administrative Order to Start and assumes the Achievement of the following indicators: - The indicators defined at Reference Point no. 1 arefulfilled; - The Contractors Site Organization is completed and functional; - The Contractors machinery, equipment, human, technical and material resources are mobilized in stagesin accordance with the Execution Programme accepted by the Site Manager; - The Quality Management Plan is approved by the Site Manager and implemented; - The inventorythe completion regarding utilities have been finalized and the detailed report has been forwarded to the Site Manager. The definition of the other two Reference Points will be carried out by the Beneficiary togetherwith the Site Manager and shall be submitted to the Contractor within 30 days from the date of acceptance by the Site Manager of the Contractors Execution Programme which shall becomethus the Reference Programme.
