The subject of the order is construction work for the production of the extended wooden structure structure and shell of the new building of the KRH adult psychiatric clinic in Wunstorf, consisting of concrete shell construction work, carpentry and wood construction work, window work and roof sealing. This includes proportional planning services and innovative concepts regarding the execution of the timber construction, which lead to a streamlining of the construction processes - also with regard to reducing the burden of ongoing operations on the property - as well as to more economical and functional production. When the service begins, the Contractor for Advanced Timber Construction receives the prepared construction site with drilled piles and the rough subgrade/working level for producing the floor slab.
