Description & Project Overview
The assignment concerns the integral preparation and implementation of energy saving measures (EML) within the Defense real estate portfolio, with the aim of ensuring that the buildings comply with the statutory energy saving obligation in a timely manner and contributing to the sustainability of government real estate. The task is characterized by a large scale, high time pressure and the need to scale up, with the EML measures having to be implemented by the end of 2029 at the latest.
