Czechia – Building-inspection services – Framework agreement for construction supervision and health and safety coordinator for small constructions - 2022

On the basis of the framework agreement, the contracting authority will award individual subcontracts to its participants for services consisting in the implementation of construction supervision on road constructions, including the performance of the OSH coordinator, including related technical assistance, according to the current needs of the contracting authority, while taking into account the conditions of the framework agreement, it is usually assumed that the implementation of subcontracts with an expected value of more than 1 million CZK, especially for constructions realized according to the FIDIC GREEN BOOK contractual conditions.
