The Barangay Colon, City of Naga, Cebu through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) herebyinvites all interested PhilGEPS registered contractors, and bidders to submit proposals and bids for theproject. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to this Project, equivalent to at least fiftypercent (50%) of the ABC.
