Contract Description
The consultation is not allocated. The nature of the services does not allow several lots to be distinguished. The form chosen for the execution of the contract is the framework agreement with single awardee purchase orders without annual minimum and with annual maximum, single awardee in application of articles L2125-1, R2162-4 2° and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The amounts are identical for each possible renewal period. The annual order amounts are as follows: - Annual minimum: Without - Annual maximum: 120,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax
