The object of the framework agreement is county road maintenance works - fillings, bituminous carpets, cutting of sidings, cleaning/unblocking ditches and pavements - in the Sincrai areajudetul Mures, (lotul nr.1) Lotul nr.1/zona Sncrai – în lungime totală de 105,824 km, pe următoarele drumuri: 1. DJ 135B Trgu Mureş (DN13) – Sncraiu de Mureş (intersecție cu DJ152A) între km5+000-6+000, L = 1,000 km; 2. DJ 151D Ungheni (DN15) – Acăţari – Tmpa (DJ135) între km 0+700-29+360, L = 28,660 km; 3. DJ 152A Trgu Mureş (DN15E) – Band - Iernut (DN15) între km 0+930-40+622, L =39,692 km; 4. DJ 152B Şăulia (DJ151A) – Pogăceaua - Prul Crucii (DN15E) între km 0+000-13+679, L = 13,679 km; 5. DJ 153J Iernut (DN 15)- Sfntu Gheorghe - Oarba de Mureș între km 0+000-1+800, L =1,800 km. 6. DJ 154F intersecție DJ152A - Pănet între km 0+000-3+100, L = 3,100 km; 7. DJ 154G intersecție DN15E – Lechincioara - Şincai între km 0+000-4+500, L = 4,500 km; 8. DJ 173 limită judet BN -Crăiesti – Rciu between km 66+488-77+181 (0.800 km overlap with DN16), L = 9.893 km; 9. Access road to the Snpaul zonal ecological deposit between km 0+000-3+500 (intersection with DN15 - depositecologic), L = 3,500 km. Cantitatile minime si maxime aferente acordurilor cadru pentru lotul nr. 1 - zona Sincrai se prezinta astfel: PLOMBĂRI: Suprafaţa minimă estimată pentru plombare 1 strat:1,000.00 square meters; 2 layers: 1,000.00 sq.m. Estimated maximum area for filling 1 layer: 13.000.00 sq.m.; 2 layers: 20,000.00 sq m. The contracting authority estimates that for the entire period ofvalidity of the framework agreement, 8 (eight) subsequent contracts will be concluded whose estimated values, without VAT, are presented as follows: - CS no. 1 = 144,170.00 lei - CS no. 2 = 496,040.00 lei; - CS no. 3 =320.105,00 lei; - CS nr.4 = 320.105,00 lei; - CS nr.5 = 320.105,00 lei; - CS nr.6 = 320.105,00 lei; - CS nr.7 = 320.105,00 lei; - CS nr.8 = 320.105,00 lei; Valoarea estimata fara TVA a celui mai maresubsequent contract is 496,040.00 lei; The estimated value without VAT of the smallest subsequent contract is 144,170.00 lei; The frequency and value of subsequent contracts to beawarded: 8 (eight) subsequent contracts will be concluded. The execution time for CS1 is 1 month. For the other subsequent contracts, the duration of execution is established proportionally withquantity contained therein. The deadline for the execution of the works in the contract runs from the date of handing over the site. CARPET - minimum quantity = 9.081 km; -maximum amount = 39,695 km.The contracting authority estimates that during the entire validity period of the framework agreement, 4 (four) contracts will be concluded, the estimated quantities of which are as follows: - CS no. 1 = 10,342 km; -CS nr.2 = 10,479 km; -CS nr.3 = 9,793 km. -CS nr.4 = 9,081km. Cantitatile minime si maxime care fac obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent se prezinta astfel: -cantitatea minima = 9,081km;-cantitatea maxima = 10,479 km. Valoarea estimata fara TVA a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 3.143.700,00 lei. Valoarea estimata fara TVA a celui mai mic contract subsecvent este de2,724,300.00 lei. Forcelelalte contracte subsecvente durate de execuție se stabilește proporțional cu cantităție cuprinse în acestea. Termenul de executie a lucrarilor din contract curge de la data predariilocation. Manual ditch cleaning: Estimated minimum surface area: 3,000.00 ml; Maximum estimated area: 32,000.00ml Desfundare de șanț mecanizat. Cantitate minimă estimată: 4.000,00 mc; Cantitate maximă estimată: 44.000,00 mc. Desfundare podețe manual: Cantitate minimă estimată: 200,00 mc; Cantitate maximăestimated: 1,000.00 mc. Mechanized floor unclogging: Estimated minimum quantity: 20.00 pcs; Estimated maximum quantity: 40.00 pcs. The contracting authority estimates that for the entire period ofvalabilitate a acordului cadru se vor incheia 8 (opt) contracte subsecvente a caror valori estimate, fără TVA, se prezinta astfel: -CS nr.1 = 47.700,00 lei - CS nr.2 = 47.700,00 lei; - CS nr.3 =143.100,00 lei; - CS nr.4 = 238.500,00 lei; - CS nr.5 = 286.200,00 lei; - CS nr.6 = 238.500,00 lei; - CS nr.7 = 286.200,00 lei; - CS nr.8 =2.694.100,00 lei; Valoarea estimata fara TVA a celui mai maresubsequent contract is 2,694,100.00 lei; The estimated value without VAT of the smallest subsequent contract is 47,700.00 lei; The frequency and value of subsequent contracts to beatribuite: se vor incheia 8 (opt) contracte subsecvente. Durata de executie pentru CS1 și CS2: cte o lună pentru fiecare; pentru CS 3 -2 luni; pentru CS4, CS5, CS6 și CS7 cte 5 luni pentru fiecare,CS8-24 de luni. Termenul de executie a lucrarilor din contract curge de la data predarii amplasamentului. Durata acordului cadru: 48 luni de la data incheierii.
