Description & Project Overview
The project includes the redevelopment of the project site with approximately 80 social rental apartments within the existing construction zone, combined with the softening and redevelopment of the Papenplein and the rearrangement of the adjacent parking complex. A design team is appointed for the integral development that is responsible for the demolition file, the new construction project and the infrastructure works, including studies and follow-up regarding architecture, stability, techniques, EPB and ventilation.
