Poland – Chemical products – Successive delivery of ammonia water and hydrated lime for the operation of the Flue Gas Treatment Installation at RADPEC S.A.

The subject of the order is "Successive delivery of ammonia water and hydrated lime for the operation of the Flue Gas Treatment Installation at RADPEC S.A." in the following estimated quantities: a) Ammonia water: 605 Mg b) Hydrated lime: 2,981 Mg Deliveries will be made on the basis of partial orders, by the Contractor's transport and at his expense, directly to the Ordering Party's facilities, i.e. Południe Heat Plant at ul. Żelazna 7 in Radom and Ciepłownia Północ at ul. Z. Holszańska 3 in Radom. The subject of the order was divided into two parts. The ORDERING PARTY allows the possibility of submitting offers for each part separately. a. Part 1 - Successive delivery of ammonia water in an estimated amount of 605 Mg, in accordance with Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - Draft Agreement b. Part 2 - Successive delivery of hydrated lime in an estimated amount of 2,981 Mg, in accordance with Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - Draft Agreement, the Ordering Party declares that the forecast for the consumption of ammonia water and hydrated lime indicated above is only an approximate consumption value, which may also decrease or increase in relation to this forecast during the execution of the Agreement. The actual consumption of sorbents (smaller or greater than the forecast) will depend solely on actual needs, however, regardless of the volume of consumption, the Contractor is obliged to apply the prices offered in the tender in each case. The Ordering Party does not limit the number of Parts of the order that can be awarded to one Contractor, the Contractor may submit an Offer for one or two Parts of the order. The Ordering Party reserves the right to select an Offer for each Part of the subject of the order separately. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers or offers in the form of electronic catalogues. The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law A detailed description and method of execution of the order are included in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
