Description & Project Overview

The subject of the project is the new construction of the professional association clinic at the Hamburg-Bergedorf location. This is to be fundamentally reorganized on its existing area of around 25.3 hectares and developed into a future-oriented clinical campus with around 350 beds. The target sizes for the new building include a gross floor area (GFA) of approx. 66,000 sqm and a usable area (NUF) of approx. 30,000 sqm. In addition, an expansion of the rehabilitation offering by around 11,000 square meters is planned as part of the second construction phase. Additionally, expansion areas of approx. 10,000 square meters must be taken into account. This results in a total usable area of approximately 51,000 square meters. The aim of the planning is to create a modern healthcare location that combines outpatient and inpatient care in a functionally and spatially integrated new building and creates modern infrastructure and optimal working conditions for highly specialized medical care. The focus is on top-quality medicine with a rehabilitation mandate from a single source that is consistently geared towards long-term treatment success. The clinic campus represents the location's diverse range of medical services. In particular, it includes the areas of diagnostics and therapy for inpatient and outpatient care as well as other functional and usage areas, including research and teaching, development, supply and disposal, other facilities (including MVZ and supply technology) as well as outdoor facilities. Further information on the amount of space as well as the spatial program and the functional and spatial affinities within the spatial program (operational organization planning) will be provided with the invitation to submit an offer. The planning is intended to create an economical, flexible and sustainable hospital structure that combines state-of-the-art medical care with the principles of healing architecture. The new building is intended to create a landscape-based clinical campus that creates a healing environment for patients and attractive working conditions for employees. A negotiation process with a participation competition in accordance with the Procurement Ordinance (VgV) will be carried out with the aim of concluding a multi-party contract (MPV) in integrated project management (IPA), here: Allianzpartner 7 - BEWEGER | Logistics, medical technology, conveyor technology, digital innovation and integration.
