This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in far subpart 12.101-1, using simplified acquisition procedures (sap) found at far part 12, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. this announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. this combined synopsis/solicitation shall be made available on the following websites:

the naval supply systems command (navsup) fleet logistics center (flc) norfolk contracting department, fleet directorate intends to solicit – on behalf of the naval oceanographic office – huntington ingalls incorporated (cage: 34293) on a sole source basis in accordance with far 12.102(a). the proposed acquisition is to provide
remus 300 diagnostics and on-site repair instruction support services. the resultant contract will be issued on a firm-fixed-price (ffp) basis and will contain a three (3) year ordering period, as follows:
