Construction of D11 1109 Trutnov state border CR/PL follows on from construction D11 1108 Jaroměř Trutnov at km 133,000 and ends at km 154,175. It is a four-lane motorway with a total length of 21,175 metres. The route includes thirteen major bridges over valleys longer than 100 metres, including three large bridge structures: the 715-metre Poříčí Bridge, the 670-metre bridge over the Ličná river valley, and the 330-metre Lampertice Bridge, as well as two tunnels, Poříčí and Opevnění, and three grade-separated junctions: Střítež, Poříčí, Královec. At the border, the Czech motorway connects to the Polish expressway S3, which runs across Poland to the Baltic Sea.
