Estimated amount of the market at €819,305.28 excluding VAT, or €991,359.39 including VAT, for the total duration of the market divided as follows: • Purchase of heating oil (official unit price of heating oil of €1.5588/L as of 10/28/2026 – SPF Economy + additive per liter/m of diesel): €546,203.52 excluding VAT, or €660,906.26 including VAT. • Review clauses. Extension of additional installations with regard to safety devices linked to tanks (maximum 25% of the initial contract amount): €136,550.88 excluding VAT, or €165,226.56 including VAT. • + 25% additional budget to take into account the unknown of winters which could lead to an increase in consumption and an increase in the official price of heating oil: €136,550.88 excluding VAT, or €165,226.56 including VAT.
